I am a former high school teacher, an occasional photographer, and a new professional in the field of UX/UI Design. For as long as I can remember, I've had a special interest in the creative process, constantly peeking behind the scenes to study how creatives think, work, and innovate. This led, first, to literature and education: teaching the art of storytelling, communication, and audience awareness. Now, I'm excited to transition into UX/UI design, where I can use my fascination with the creative process to explore a new type of storytelling: understanding the needs and habits of users, testing designs, and creating intuitive sites and features that are both functional and beautiful. In both education and design, so much comes down to intentional, thoughtful communication with your user or audience, and in this, I believe my innate creative curiosity is my greatest asset.
In my free time, I enjoy drawing, reading, writing, documentaries, cycling, and ice cream. I used to run marathons, but my toenails fell off.
