Interviews
Personas
Based on the research, I created three personas: Paige "The Party Princess," Blair "The Busy Professional," and Brook "The Budget Planner."
Feature Planning
Prioritization
Identified and prioritized site features based on research into user needs. Highest priority items included Venue/Vendor Search & Contact, Planning Tools, and Party Inspiration.
Information Architecture
Used a card sort with several participants to develop the information architecture of the site.
User Flow
Considered "Brook's" journey as she searches for a local party venue.
Task Flow
Created task flows to guide development for for several major site functions.
Through testing and feedback, each step of the wireframing process incorporated functionality and design refinement.
